Hey team!

I apologize for how late this is going out. We've had a lot of things going on behind the scenes today! I'm attaching entries here, but please make sure to check the check-in sheets in the morning in case of any last minute changes.   

• Location: Briar Village Pool, 13902 Piping Rock.
• Parking: Map is attached. Please remember no parking on the bridge!
• Set-up: Our team has been assigned the playground and grassy area behind it. Unfortunately, playing on the playground is not permitted. Set-up will be allowed as early as 7am.
• When: Check-in by 7:45am, warm-up 8-8:20am, team parade at 9am, meet begins at 9:15am.
  *There are NO substitutions allowed except for illness, so if you no show, your individual events and relays will scratch. Illness substitutions must be made by 8:15am. If your swimmer will be unable to attend or you are running late, please let me know as soon as you can (no time is too late or early!) by texting me at 713-213-0617!
• Circle Seeding: Just a reminder that the top 3 heats of each event will be circle seeded. This is done to assure that the best swimmers have the best position in the pool to swim their fastest. Circle seeded heats should look like a "V" with the fastest swimmers in the middle lanes for the last 3 heats. Why you need to know this: the top swimmers need to understand that they are NOT racing the kids next to them.They need to swim as fast as then can, because the next fastest swimmer will be in the heat behind them.
